The Samaritan Counseling Center is incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation. Consequently, the group charged with overseeing operations is the Board of Directors. The Board is composed of men and women who reside in the communities we serve. Additionally, our directors represent a variety of professional backgrounds, as well as religious and sponsoring organizations. The primary duties of the Board are to raise funds to ensure the on-going financial needs of the Center, establish policies, review budgetary concerns and evaluate services rendered.
