"I began my love of cooking in 3rd grade when I made my first box of macaroni and cheese by myself (not including the five calls to my mother). It was so bad I clogged the garbage disposal trying to get rid of it.
"Over time, I've graduated to much more sophisticated food with much better results. In our family, I'm the show-off cook. I'm hopeless when it comes to keeping our family fed with reasonably nutritious food on a daily basis. But if you need an outrageous spread for a fabulous dinner party I'm your guy! I have a special love for cooking whole animals--ideally in my front yard."
