Susie Kopf is a well-respected and internationally recognized member of the culinary community. After receiving her degree from Johnson and Wales she spent the next several years building an impressive culinary resume which includes starting two of Paris’s premier restaurants of the 70s and 80s - “Kopf’s” which was located in the storied Montmartre section and Le Lapin which was one of the finest wild game restaurants in the heart of Paris.

Susie and her family were lured away from Europe. She moved to Hyde Park NY to become a department head at the Culinary Institute of America where she finished out her professional career.

Now in her early retirement, she spends most of her time traveling the world looking for new inspirations and experimenting with uncommon new foods such as reptiles and unconventional sea creatures.
