Course Overview

The “Pandemic Times” have changed our world in several ways, including impacting our mental health. From concerns about the virus, heightened political discourse and changing work, school and home environments, we are experiencing significant levels of stress. During this training, you will review the impact on mental health and trauma, as well as strategies to help build resiliency for your clients and yourselves.

*We're partnering with the Pitt School of Social Work to offer licensed therapists three education credits for $15 total by participating in this training. Please check with your licensing association to see if you qualify.
