Scheduling and Payment
Samaritan has 12 locations from which to serve you; during the pandemic, we're providing video and phone therapy and using select offices which can accommodate social distancing.
We accept most major insurance. Click HERE for the list.
We offer adjusted fees if you are uninsured, under-insured or otherwise qualify for financial aid.
Counseling sessions may be scheduled on weekdays, evenings or on Saturday.

What to Expect When You Call
At Samaritan, we understand that you may feel uneasy when you call to make your first appointment. We're sensitive to your feelings as we guide you through the "intake" process.
Intake involves getting your contact and insurance information,* your reason for seeking counseling, and a few other details. We need this information in order to connect you with the therapist best suited to your needs.
Next, you will be assigned to a therapist who will contact you directly to schedule—or you may request a particular therapist when you call.
Once scheduled, you will receive your account and login information for our Client Portal, There, you will access forms to complete before seeing your therapist. Your responses will help your therapist gain important details about your health and background.
*We offer assistance through our Samaritan Cares program for those who qualify.
