As a master certified life coach, Rachel empowers people to uncover their strengths and use them to their advantage. She helps them tune into areas of their lives that are nourishing, as well as areas that are draining. She passionately supports them as they clarify their goals and dreams and incorporate daily “needle movers” to achieve them. Rachel also specializes in parent coaching and teacher coaching, applying the same essential principles but in a customized way to address the unique needs of parents and teachers. Rachel is also a certified trainer of the globally acclaimed Positive Intelligence® program.

 

Formerly, Rachel worked as a preschool music teacher and an elementary teacher and reading specialist. In addition to her role as a life coach at Samaritan, she continues to work as a virtual assistant to her former coach and a holistic, healthy-living entrepreneur.

 

Several years ago, Rachel was introduced to a holistic health and wellness opportunity and found herself embarking on a path of personal development and evolution.  She devoted time and energy to healing from her own struggles and growing herself into the person that she always knew was inside of her.

 

As both a professional coach and as someone who has benefited through her own transformative journey, Rachel equips men and women to become their best selves and live their best lives.
