Rachel Fagan, M.Ed is a Mental Fitness and Master Certified Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals move from “functioning” to “flourishing” in areas of well-being, performance, relationships, and a life designed with intention. With 13 years of experience as a public school educator and specialist, she brings a highly structured yet empathetic and customized approach to personal and professional development that supports clients as they shift from insight to action. Her coaching focuses on helping clients to clarify goals, unlock strengths, overcome “draining" life factors, and implement daily "needle movers" to achieve their aspirations.

Rachel holds a B.A in Music, a B.S.Ed in Elementary Education, and a M.Ed in Reading.  She holds her Level 1 and Level 2 life coaching certificates through the Certified Life Coach Institute.

Rachel enjoys spending her free time making music, reading, napping, and hanging out with her husband, daughters, and cats.
