Samantha Baillie

Counselor

A licensed professional counselor, Samantha (Sam) Baillie joined Samaritan's administrative team in August 2024 as clinical director. In her role, Sam supervises our therapists and oversees clinical policies, procedures, and compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that operations adhere to the highest standards of care. A key part of her role includes fostering a workplace environment where therapists are continually motivated and energized with a sense of work/life balance, and the freedom to continually learn, grow, and collaborate with their peers. Luci oversees the business operations of the organization which includes implementing policies and procedures, billing and insurance, accounts payable/receivable, and administering Human Resources. She ensures that Samaritan's multiple locations are equipped and running . . . MORE
