Family Counseling

Your Family and You

Family Dinner Celebration

Many families struggle to maintain healthy relationships. Unresolved conflict, past traumas, estrangement, and ineffective communication often prevent families from functioning in healthy ways.

Family counseling helps people navigate these kinds of issues by helping them to understand and focus on relationship dynamics, recognizing patterns, and building effective interaction skills.

Family systems impact our individual lives, often in powerful ways. Circumstances such as separation and divorce, behavioral issues in children, major life transitions, mental health problems, substance abuse, trauma, grief, and loss are just a few of the things that can wreak havoc on family relationships. It may seem hopeless, but with therapy there IS hope.

At Samaritan, we have therapists who have worked successfully with families who have experienced a myriad of crises. Their training and experience can help to empower families to achieve positive results.

Have you been contemplating therapy for you and members of your family? Contact Samaritan and tell us what you're experiencing. We are committed to helping you and your family find a way forward.
