Lucinda Ramsey, MBA

Director of Operations and Finance 

 

Luci oversees and monitors Samaritan's business operations which includes administrating policies and procedures, billing and insurance, accounts payable/receivable, and Human Resources. She ensures that Samaritan's multiple locations are equipped and running at optimal efficiency. Luci also oversees the credentialing for our therapists, IT and utility needs, and a variety of other functions, including supervision of client intakes.

 

Since Luci joined Samaritan in 2014, she has streamlined our front office operations and updated our network, phone system, and electronic recordkeeping. She also set up our telehealth platform and keeps our therapists trained and current on all procedures and digital tools. Luci is also mainly responsible for assembling our annual operating budget.

 

Prior to her appointment at Samaritan, Luci worked as legal administrator at two Pittsburgh law firms for 10 years and served as president of the Pittsburgh Legal Administrators’ Association. As adjunct faculty at Robert Morris University, she taught a variety of communication courses, specializing in the non-traditional student.

 

Luci and her husband Randy live in Beaver County. They have three sons: Randy Jr., Jacob and Matthew.
