Seasonal Flu/COVID Response

Our Seasonal Influenza/COVID 19 Update
We continue to stay abreast of the government, community, and personal responses to seasonal influenza and COVID-19. As always, we seek what’s best for our clients, our therapists, and our staff by adhering to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.
Latest Information
The CDC "treats COVID-19 as a seasonal respiratory virus, integrating it with flu and RSV prevention strategies, focusing on vaccines, hygiene, and individual risk assessment rather than broad mandates."
Their website states that you may have a respiratory virus if your symptoms (such as fever, chills, fatigue, cough, headache, runny nose and others) are not better explained by another cause.
Please do not arrive for a therapy appointment if you have a fever or feel ill. The CDC states that you should stay home and not resume normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, BOTH ARE TRUE:
-
Your symptoms are getting better overall, and
-
You have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication).
